The processing of your personal data is based on your registration for a customer account. You can create this customer account when you complete a booking by registering with your first and last name, address, nationality, email address, telephone number. After successful registration you will receive an automatically generated confirmation to your specified email address. To access your customer account, you will receive a PIN code sent to your specified email address each time you log in.

The personal data described above and all bookings are stored in the customer account from the time of your registration.
Your personal data in the customer account will remain stored as long as this customer account is active. You can request the deletion of your customer account at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org In the event of the deletion of the customer account, the personal data collected will be deleted immediately upon your request (unless they are to be stored by law for other data processing).
